Job Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years agency management experience with excellent communication skills, people sensitivity, organizational and time management skills are essential along with a minimum of 8 years of Property Casualty Commercial Lines experience including marketing. A college degree and a working knowledge of all agency operations with a thorough understanding of the automation system are required. Florida property casualty insurance agent's license is necessary and a professional designation preferred. Willing and able to travel.

Job Description:
1. Ensure agency efficiency through continuous process improvement efforts, effective utilization of automation and implementation monitoring to avoid a backlog.

2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and customer service by improving ongoing service delivery methods.

3. Recruit, select and train personnel under direct management and conduct their performance reviews and salary adjustments.

4. Promote open communication, cooperation and high morale amongst all team members.

5. Develop, with staff involvement, and monitor use of agency underwriting standards, work flows and procedures to ensure high quality service and compliance to agency standards; continuously refines standards, work flows and procedures.
