Air-Sur, Inc. began doing business in 1976 as an independent aviation insurance agency, serving primarily aircraft owners and operators in Florida. Formed as a general partnership, we incorporated in 1981, and embarked on a pattern of planned, successful growth that has characterized our operation ever since.

In 1986, we went through a significant transition, dissolving a long-standing relationship with National Aviation Underwriters and becoming a true independent aviation agent and broker. This transition offered a unique opportunity to expand our operations, and to broaden the products and services we offer to our clients.

Since 1986 our client base has expanded significantly, and now includes Air Transport Operators, Service Companies, Component Manufacturers, Engine/Airframe Overhaul and Modification Centers, as well as General Aviation Operators. Today our clients represent many leading aviation and aerospace businesses in the United States.
